1. Who you are agreeing with
These terms form an agreement between you and Bliqo OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registrikood 17327969), the operator of ScrumMastr. Full company details are listed in our imprint.
By creating a room, joining a room, or signing in to a host account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
ScrumMastr is a tool for running real-time Planning Poker, Confidence Voting, and Moodboard sessions. We try hard to keep it available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts
You can use ScrumMastr without an account. If you create an account (required for Pro), you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity in your account.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting hello@bliqo.app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ScrumMastr to share, store, or display unlawful, hateful, or harassing content.
- Attempt to break, overload, or probe our infrastructure (including scraping, brute-force, or DoS attempts).
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand ScrumMastr as your own product.
- Use the service to impersonate someone else.
- Bypass the ad system without an active Pro subscription.
We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are broken, with or without notice depending on the severity.
5. Pro subscriptions
Pro is sold as an in-app purchase via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by the relevant store under their own terms. Pricing and what is included in Pro is shown on our pricing page.
If you cancel Pro, you keep access until the end of your billing period. After that your account drops back to the free plan, and ads return for participants in your rooms.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you put into ScrumMastr (room names, display names, votes, mood entries, custom branding). You grant us the limited rights we need to host, transmit, and display that content so the service can function.
We may delete inactive rooms and old data on a schedule (see our Privacy Policy).
7. Our intellectual property
ScrumMastr, the name, the logo, and the underlying software are the property of Bliqo. These terms do not transfer any rights to you beyond using the service.
8. Disclaimers
ScrumMastr is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be error-free, secure against every possible attack, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to ScrumMastr is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) EUR 50.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data).
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above tells you when. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify signed-in hosts by email or in-app notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts in Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country says otherwise.
