Why we built it
Most planning poker tools want you to create an account before you can do anything. Then they want your team to create accounts too. Then they charge per seat. We did not want that for our own sprints, so we built something simpler.
ScrumMastr is what happens when you strip estimation down to the parts that actually matter. Create a room, share the link, vote, reveal, decide. No funnel, no upsell wall in front of the basic feature.
Over time we added the two other rituals our teams kept reaching for: confidence voting before committing to a sprint, and quick moodboards in retros. Same anonymous, real-time pattern, same no-account flow.
What we care about
Friction-free first
No signup, no email, no password. Open a room, share the link, vote. The fewer steps between you and a decision, the better.
Free for the team
Only the host ever pays. Participants join free, forever. We do not charge per seat and we never will.
Anonymous by default
Votes stay hidden until the host reveals them. No anchoring, no peer pressure, just honest estimates.
Built to stay small
ScrumMastr does three things well: Planning Poker, Confidence Voting, and Moodboards. And stops there.
